Local visibility. Shared opportunity.

A publication of Logic Ascent

Founding advertiser offer · First Jefferson mailer

One business.
One category.
Your local advantage.

Be the only advertiser in your approved service category on our Jefferson Zone 1 mailer. Share the cost of local visibility—and learn from the responses it generates.

More than a mailing: our approach combines local promotion with campaign tracking, analysis and ongoing improvement. Using tracking techniques such as campaign-specific QR codes and links, we can connect recorded responses with each campaign. Together with the outcomes you confirm, those signals help us learn which messages work and refine future campaigns as we continue promoting your business.

Prelaunch: an inquiry is not an order, payment, or category reservation. No print date or advertising result is promised.

Founding advertiser offer · First Jefferson mailer

One business in your category.
Make that business yours.

We are looking for one business per approved service category to join the first Jefferson Zone 1 mailer. Eleven positions in total: three Anchor and eight Standard.

01 · Exclusivity

Your category. Your place.

We will not place a second advertiser in your approved service category on the same zone’s mailer during your contracted term. Anchor and Standard share the same category protection.

02 · First come, first served

Founding slots are limited.

Eligible placements are allocated as completed reservations are accepted through the approved agreement and payment process. A form submission or conversation alone does not hold a slot.

03 · First opportunity

Renew before your category reopens.

Founding advertisers receive the first opportunity to renew their category in future Jefferson Zone 1 mailers. Advertisers in good standing receive a written renewal offer at least 30 days before term end and have 14 days from receipt to accept, at newly agreed prices and terms.

Founding status applies to advertisers in the first Jefferson Zone 1 mailer. This is category protection within this publication and zone—not ownership of a category across Jackson County, guaranteed lifetime placement, or a price lock. Categories and business eligibility require review. Eleven is the total planned inventory, not a live remaining-slot count.

Expansion is a separate benefit: existing twelve-month advertisers receive a 72-hour first-option window to add a new zone before their category opens to others. Founding status alone does not expand that eligibility. Future zones and print dates are not guaranteed.

Who we are

A local publication.
A shared investment.

Jackson County Monthly is a publication of Logic Ascent, built around a simple idea: local businesses can share the expense of getting their names into nearby homes.

By sharing mailing space, production, and distribution costs, advertisers do not have to fund a stand-alone mail campaign. Our goal is to help you be seen locally—and help you understand what people do next.

One business per approved service category, per zone. Founding slots are first come, first served through the approved reservation process, with priority to renew in future Jefferson Zone 1 mailers.

Why local direct mail

Your customers live nearby.
Your message should, too.

01

A defined neighborhood

Place a physical message into a selected local delivery footprint. Geography matters when your customers need a nearby business.

02

Another way to be seen

Reach a household without depending on someone following your social account or searching for your service at that moment.

03

Part of a bigger plan

Direct mail can complement search, social media, referrals, and your existing marketing. No single channel works best for every business.

Research behind the approach

Local relevance matters.
So does a message people notice.

A defined Jefferson delivery zone puts your business in the neighborhoods you want to serve. These studies help explain the strategy—not predict your results.

Mail + digital · 202541%

of respondents reported greater willingness to engage when a brand combines mail with digital communications.

Source: Lob consumer research ↗

Lob, a direct-mail provider, surveyed 2,000 U.S. adults with Kelsey White and PureSpectrum in April–May 2025. These are self-reported behaviors, not measured readership of our mailer.

Our takeaway: show up where your customers live, make the next step useful, and measure what happens. The planned 9,609-household distribution is not 9,609 verified readers, unique people, leads, or customers. No response rate, sales result, or return is guaranteed.

The closed-loop approach

Mail. Track. Learn.
Make the next campaign smarter.

We don’t just mail and hope. Our approach is to track campaign responses, analyze what is working, and use those findings to improve your offer, creative and follow-up over time.

01

Share the mailing

Local businesses share a campaign instead of carrying the whole production and distribution expense alone.

02

Make the next step trackable

Advertiser-specific QR codes and links are planned to connect each ad with a relevant response page.

03

Listen to the response

Record supported actions and voluntary feedback: scans, page visits, form inquiries, and any configured call or click events.

04

Learn together

Compare recorded responses across campaigns and, with your help confirming appointments and sales, identify what is working. Use that evidence to refine the next offer, creative and follow-up.

Tracking is a planned service and must pass end-to-end testing before launch. A scan is not a sale or necessarily a unique person. Attribution depends on the tracking used and confirmed outcomes; untracked responses may be missed. Voluntary feedback is not a representative survey of every resident. We do not claim this program outperforms every other marketing channel.

Beyond the mailbox

A local newsletter.
A longer conversation.

The Jackson County Monthly digital newsletter is designed to keep residents connected to local stories, useful information, and participating businesses between mailings.

More chances to be discovered

Build a digital presence alongside print.

Future newsletter editions and clearly labeled advertiser features can give participating businesses additional opportunities to be seen as the audience grows. Six- and twelve-month agreements include one digital newsletter ad each month throughout the agreement. One- and three-month agreements do not include this benefit. Digital format and dates are confirmed in the written agreement; no subscriber or impression count is guaranteed.

Learn what readers choose

Listen to voluntary signals.

With clear notice and appropriate consent, the planned system will use article and offer clicks, optional polls, reader-submitted questions, and voluntary area or service interests to understand what participating readers find useful.

Turn observations into decisions

Improve the next message.

Review aggregated patterns to refine topics, offers, and timing. Keep print QR responses separate from newsletter links, then combine them with advertiser-confirmed outcomes to understand the available evidence.

Digital reach is separate from the print route count; 9,609 delivered households does not mean 9,609 newsletter subscribers. No current subscriber count, future impressions, or lead volume is promised. Optional feedback represents participating readers, not every local resident. Reports are intended to show aggregated insights, not disclose subscriber identities. Email opens alone are not proof that a person read an issue. Consent, privacy disclosures, and tracking must be reviewed and tested before activation.

A realistic time horizon

Give it time.
Then evaluate the evidence.

We recommend at least 90 days to evaluate repeated exposure and response patterns.

That is a planning recommendation—not a promise that results begin by day 90. Your offer, creative, audience, timing, and follow-up all matter.

A single-month trial is available upon request, subject to category availability and separately confirmed written terms.

No results are guaranteed. We do not promise leads, customers, sales, or a return on investment.

These are fixed-term agreements, not cancel-anytime monthly subscriptions. No automatic renewal. Additional zones are separately purchased, subject to availability; a first option is not a free zone, an automatic purchase or permanent category ownership. Exact campaign dates and any applicable taxes or separately approved fees are disclosed in the written agreement before signing. No payment is collected on this inquiry page.

Questions, answered

Clear expectations from the start.

Does Jackson County Monthly mail to the whole county?

No. Our first approved print plan covers 14 selected residential routes in Jefferson ZIP 30549, totaling 9,609 households and 9,899 delivery pieces. Future zones are separate expansion possibilities, not included coverage.

Can I try a single month?

Yes, a single-month trial is available upon request. The one-month trial is $650 Standard or $1,250 Anchor per zone, with no automatic renewal. Category availability, timing and written terms must be confirmed before purchase. We recommend 90 days for evaluation, but no results are guaranteed for any term.

What will the technology actually tell me?

The planned system records supported responses through advertiser-specific QR codes, links, and response pages. Not every scan is a unique person or a qualified lead. Sales and ROI require confirmed outcomes from your business; scan counts alone cannot establish them. Tracking must be tested before launch.

When is the first print mailing?

A print date has not been promised. The October digital newsletter is a separate publication schedule and does not establish a print mailing date.

What does a founding slot include?

A placement in the first Jefferson Zone 1 mailer, one-advertiser protection for your approved service category during your contracted term, and the first opportunity to renew that category for future Jefferson Zone 1 mailers. Founding advertisers in good standing receive a written renewal offer at least 30 days before term end and have 14 days from receipt to accept. Renewal requires newly agreed prices and terms; there is no automatic renewal. Founding status does not promise a permanent category hold, a discount, or a lifetime rate.

Do founders get first rights to new zones too?

Expansion priority is limited to existing twelve-month advertisers: a 72-hour opportunity to add a new zone before their category opens. Founding renewal priority in Jefferson Zone 1 is a separate benefit. New zones and their launch dates are not guaranteed.

Does asking about my category reserve it?

No. An inquiry starts a review. Availability must be confirmed through the approved agreement and payment process before a placement is secured.

Can I speak with a person?

Yes. Submit your question using the inquiry form, or email [email protected]. Our operator will review your request.
